What Questions Do You Carry With You?

Most of us operate on a day-to-day level with many unspoken questions, unconsciously pondering who we are, what we're doing and where we're headed without even realizing it.

These questions tend to get bigger the further into life we get:

"What am I doing with my life?"

"If I know what I want to do, then why am I not doing it?"

"Do I actually want what I say I want?"

The Better Questions podcast creates open conversations for deep feelers and critical thinkers so that no one feels alone with their questions.

Since the brain is built to problem-solve, your mind will find an answer to whatever question you feed it.

If you ask yourself, "Why do I keep failing?" or "What is wrong with me?" your brain will supply a (not-so-great) answer.

If you instead ask, "What am I not seeing here?" or "What is the most useful thought I could have right now?"  your brain will retrieve a better (more valuable) answer.

Asking better questions also creates rich relationships full of depth. In our current technological climate, it's easy to feel divided and disconnected, but a better question can bridge the gap between acquaintance and friend.

Illuminating our questions and uncertainties can be difficult work, but also incredibly freeing.

Apply the answers you hear in these episodes to your daily life for deeper clarity and meaning.
